SPECIAL MEETING OF THE AVOYELLES PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

JULY 21, 2022

Special Meeting of the Avoyelles Parish School Board met Thursday, July 21, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m. at the School Board Office with the following members present:

Aimee Dupuy, President; Chris Robinson,Vice President, and Karen L. Tutor, Superintendent, Latisha Small, Lynn Deloach, Chris Lacour, Robin Moreau, Stanley Celestine, Jr., and Jill Guidry, Board Members; Thelma Prater, Assistant Superintendent; supervisors, and coordinators. Rickey Adams was absent.

1.     Steve Marcotte, Maintenance Supervisor, addressed the Board with a request to approve the bid for football stadium lights at Avoyelles High School at a cost of $270,600 to be paid with Needs Assessment and Indirect Cost funds.

On motion by Jill Guidry, seconded by Chris Lacour, the board approved the bid for football stadium lights at Avoyelles High School in the amount of $270,600, to be paid with Needs Assessment and Indirect Cost funds. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

There being no further business, on motion by Jill Guidry, seconded by Chris Lacour, the meeting was adjourned.
