SPECIAL MEETING OF THE AVOYELLES PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

OCTOBER 18, 2022

Special Meeting of the Avoyelles Parish School Board met Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m. at the School Board Office with the following members present:

Aimee Dupuy, President; Chris Robinson,Vice President, and Karen L. Tutor, Superintendent, Lynn Deloach, Robin Moreau, Stanley Celestine, Jr., and Board Members; supervisors, and coordinators. Latisha Small, Chris Lacour, Rickey Adams and Jill Guidry were absent.

On motion by Robin Moreau, seconded by Lynn Deloach, the Board entered into executive session at approximately 4:02 pm to discuss Superintendent Evaluation. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

Board Member Latisha Small entered executive session at 4:07 pm and Board Member Rickey Adams entered executive session at 4:14 pm.

On motion by Robin Moreau, seconded by Rickey Adams, the Board reconvened in open public session at approximately 4:47 pm. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

There being no further business, on motion by Robin Moreau, seconded by Lynn Deloach, the meeting was adjourned.
